What is a lymphatic drainage?
Lymphatic drainage works on the lymphatic system, a system that runs alongside our blood circulation. Unlike blood circulation, it has no heart to pump it: it relies on movement, breathing, and gentle stimulation to flow properly.
The lymphatic system plays a key role in the body: it transports toxins, waste, and white blood cells, helping our immune system do its job.
Sometimes, this system can become a little slower or congested. This is very common, especially with heat and humidity, hormonal changes, lack of movement, long days sitting down, fatigue or stress.
When lymph doesn’t circulate well, we may feel puffy, heavy, bloated, or swollen.
Lymphatic drainage massage helps activate and stimulate this system, supporting the body’s natural cleansing process and bringing back a feeling of lightness and flow.
Benefits of lymphatic drainage
Here are some of the benefits clients usually notice: reduced water retention, feeling lighter in the body, better circulation, reduced swelling, immune system boosted, smoother-looking ski, better sleep and many more.
The Renata França Method
The Renata França Method is a Brazilian technique, tested and approved, and now widely practiced across Europe.
It is known for being more firm and dynamic than traditional lymphatic drainage.
This specific approach makes it particularly effective for visible sculpting and slimming effects, while still working deeply on the lymphatic system.
It’s a method that really works and feels good.
How does a session work?
A session is a full-body massage, following a precise and fluid sequence. We start with the legs, then move to the abdomen, followed by the arms. You then turn over for the back of the legs (with special attention to the calves), and the back, for a more relaxing finish.
